The factory also customized one set system for quality controlling.
1. Quality is the life, the production manager would give this concept to our all employees.Each morning,each worker need to read them again and again at morning meeting,then start to work,all products will be finished by many dffierent departments,they would check the quality of each part when they get.
2. Once products are produced to finished items,will be sent to our package department,then they will pick up non - conforming products,then pack good products.Final to send them to QC department.
3. The QC department,there are 4 persons is in charge of to check quality for each package,they will mark the NG product and package are not good-looking.Then these need to be replaced again.
4.Finally,all package are approval by our QC department,then start to be packed by outer carton,then production manager will check carton no question,arrange shipment.
